Hills Bank and Trust is actively hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to fill a newly created role in Hills, IA.
The Executive Assistant will play a vital role in keeping senior leaders focused and effective. From managing priorities to fostering connections across the organization, this role will help create the structure and support that allow the executives, and the entire team, to thrive.
Founded in 1904, Hills Bank and Trust offers the services of a regional bank with the responsiveness of a community bank and advanced digital banking with a personal touch.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Deliver high-level administrative support to the CFO and CEO, adapting to their unique working styles
  • Oversee complex calendars, communications, and priorities to keep deadlines and commitments on track
  • Anticipate needs and proactively streamline daily operations for both executives
  • Prepare and manage executive and board-related materials with accuracy and discretion (training available if needed)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across departments and with external stakeholders
  • Ensure follow-through and informed decision-making by maintaining organized processes, tracking tasks, and providing timely reminders
