Location: Hybrid – Office & Remote (Leicestershire-based)

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, highly organised individual to join our team in a key supporting role within our fast-paced estate agency business. Whether you’re early in your career and looking to gain broad experience, or already have experience managing operations and want to step into a role with variety and progression, this is a fantastic opportunity.
This role is integral to how our company operates day to day. It combines office administration with executive support and offers exposure to all areas of our business. The successful candidate will work to support our estate agents (who operate as self-employed Partners) and our senior leadership team (Managing Director and Operations Director) in their day-to-day responsibilities.

  • A confident communicator: You’ll liaise with our team, clients, and suppliers regularly. Clear and professional communication is a must.
  • Resourceful and self-starting: If you don’t know the answer, you’ll work to find it. If you see something that could be improved, you’ll take ownership.
  • Tech-savvy: We’re a digital-first business and use a range of tools and platforms to run things efficiently.

Experience in estate agency or property is a bonus, but it’s not essential — the right mindset is more important.

Responsibilities

This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll wear several hats. Your core responsibilities will be split across three key areas:
