SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant for senior leadership, preferably in real estate, construction, or a related industry
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, expense and project management tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact with high-level stakeholders
  • Comfort with evolving technologies (Artificial Intelligence, CRM platforms, virtual collaboration platforms, etc)

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a dynamic and fast-paced real estate development executive team. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability. You will act as the right hand to the developer, helping manage day-to-day operations, communications, and special projects across a variety of residential and commercial real estate ventures.
