REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1–2 years in executive assistance, HR operations, or employee engagement roles.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with HR systems and tools is a plus.
  • Open to working from the office two days per week.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare meeting decks and presentations to highlight key business updates, team progress, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate legal documentation and agreements (e.g., MSAs, NDAs) and assist in scheduling related discussions.
  • Manage communication and coordination with external stakeholders, advisors, and partners to ensure alignment and timely feedback.
  • Support the preparation and submission of business reports, funding applications, and corporate initiatives as needed.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement, inclusivity, and well-being initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and implement team-building programs, recognition activities, and wellness initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted HR point of contact, providing guidance and support to employees on workplace and HR-related matters.
  • Plan and execute corporate meetings, team events, and company-wide gatherings, managing logistics and communications.
  • Oversee day-to-day office administration and operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination, and documentation.
