Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level executive support, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and follow-ups.
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and internal initiatives; serve as a liaison across HR and other business units.
  • Assist with the hiring process by posting job ads, screening resumes, initiating communication with candidates, scheduling interviews, following-up with referrals, and conducting background checks.
  • Spearhead and manage the onboarding, offboarding and training program for employees.
  • Coordinate meetings, in-office catering, retreats and seminars, and office events as needed.
  • Manage internal documentation, employee files and department reports.
  • Provide administrative assistance, including but not limited to, completing expense reports, and ad hoc projects.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and respond to shifting priorities with professionalism.
  • Prepare reports, updates, and summaries while ensuring milestones are clearly communicated.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts, helping ensure alignment across global HR stakeholders.
