In this role you will Deliver efficient and high-quality administrative support and personal assistance to Head of Client Services IWPB Excellent organization skills with ability to proactively prioritize items that need attention and offer solutions to problems Focus on delivering stakeholders’ requirements timely manner and continuously seek ways to improve service, productivity and quality of work. These requirements include serving as the point of contact between senior executive and internal and external stakeholders You will be expected to work independently across a wide range of duties in accordance with the senior executive’s direction and compliance with the Bank’s standard practices Manage calendars including organizing and coordinating complex meetings and travel itineraries Support event logistics and all administrative activities, including but not exclusive to expense management, invoice processing, internal systems as well as coordinating and working with other Assistants across the Group Excellent verbal and written communication are a must to liaise with key senior stakeholders and all colleagues professionally, preparing correspondences, maintaining records and reports, and facilitating internal communications such as information distribution and preparing presentations Perform ad hoc assignments as required, and with flexibility productively undertaking a substantial workload without sacrificing quality To be successful you will need Strong time management and organisation skills: ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines, at times under pressure and with minimal supervision Strong oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated professionally, ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders Experience of working effectively in a high-pressure and challenging environment Flexibility of approach, together with a ‘can-do’ attitude, is key Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, including use of Outlook as a business tool Opening up a world of opportunity http://www.hsbc.com/careers HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
