Description We’re looking for a confident, proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, take ownership of tasks, and keep priorities moving forward without constant direction. You’ll play a key role in helping executives stay organized, focused, and on track by managing projects, coordinating follow ups, and ensuring important initiatives continue progressing. The right person for this role is highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable navigating shifting priorities while maintaining structure and clarity. What you’ll do Manage executive tasks, follow ups, and priorities from assignment through completion Track deadlines, initiatives, and key action items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks Anticipate next steps and proactively identify what needs to happen to move projects forward Provide clear and structured status updates so leadership has visibility into progress Support scheduling, meeting preparation, documentation, and general executive coordination Assist with research, operational tasks, and light case adjacent or administrative work when needed Maintain organized workflows and ensure communications, notes, and follow ups are documented Adapt to shifting priorities and support time sensitive requests as they arise This role is best suited for someone who enjoys taking initiative, staying organized, and helping leaders operate efficiently by ensuring priorities are clear, structured, and moving forward. Requirements Strong ownership, accountability, and consistent follow through Excellent prioritization skills and sound judgment when managing competing tasks Clear, concise, and solution focused communication Comfortable supporting different leadership styles and communication preferences Ability to stay organized and proactive in a fast moving environment Able to work independently with minimal supervision Bonus if you have Experience working as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or Project Coordinator Familiarity with task management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools Exposure to legal, administrative, or paralegal style work Experience supporting multiple leaders or teams at once
