Responsibilities
  • Diary & Calendar Management: Organise and maintain schedules, ensuring all meetings and appointments are arranged and communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.
  • Meeting Coordination: Book meetings, send invitations, and keep the team up to date on any schedule changes.
  • Time Management: Anticipate deadlines and prioritise tasks to maximise productivity, ensuring timely completion of all responsibilities.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transport logistics.
  • Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, manage emails, draft documents, and assist with expense reports and billing.
  • Office Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth daily operations and seamless collaboration.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Manage sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
