Responsibilities Coordination of meetings for Market Chief Nursing Officer, Market Vice President Operations and Market Chief Medical Officer and other direct report areas as needed (Special function & AV request forms filled out). Maintains schedule and keeps calendar up-to-date and accurate for Market Chief Nursing Officer and Market VP Operations. Maintains appropriate files and records. Files and records are easily located when needed and are up-to-date. Schedule Executive rounding in all departments each quarter. Ensure that rounding has been completed in each department each quarter Provide secretarial support, including typing of letters, memos, meeting notices, composing and proofreading minutes of meetings, reports, presentation materials, and other related correspondence. Types and distributes correspondence, all typing is complete and accurate and contains no errors. All materials are kept confidential Types, maintains and uploads policies/procedures to the intranet. Ensures the policies are reviewed/ revised within the appropriate time frame. Archives the retired policies for the appropriate amount of time according to the record retention policy. Promptly and correctly approves payroll for Market Chief Nursing Officer’s direct reports and Market VP of Operation’s direct reports. Handle variety of matters involving contact with carious providers, associates, medical committees, government agencies, and the public. Qualifications 2 years of commercial/business courses or an associates degree or pertinent work experience. General knowledge of health care field including agencies and associations. Experience with Microsoft Office software applications- Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
