A GLIMPSE OF THE JOB
Texas A&M University’s College of Architecture is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant II to support the Dean. This pivotal role requires a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced academic environment and is committed to excellence, growth, and continuous improvement. You will o rganize and streamline communication between the Dean’s Office and other departments, faculty, and external stakeholders as you ensure alignment of office operations with the college’s strategic goals. Your drive for continuous improvement enables you to a nticipate needs and proactively identify opportunities to support the Dean’s vision. And as the Executive Assistant, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Dean, managing daily operations, coordinating communications, and ensuring alignment with the college’s long-term goals.

Salary Range : $57,000 – $91,000 (commensurate to selected hire’s experience).
