TEAM OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support 2-3 members of our executive team. The ideal candidate is dedicated and adaptable, balances priorities with ease, and can connect people and information.
The individual in this role will understand business priorities and show the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements to build capacity for the leadership team. The role involves completing complex tasks quickly with a high level of integrity, professionalism, and good judgment in handling confidential information and communications. Executive Assistants thrive in a team environment and build trusting relationships across Impinj.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Seattle corporate headquarters with requirements to be in the office in person on average 2 or more days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for 2-3 executive leaders
  • Manage calendars on behalf of and in accordance with executive priorities
  • Solve problems by anticipating scheduling needs, seeking out information and taking action
  • Prioritize, execute, and assist with team activities including staff meetings, offsites and team events
  • Work closely with the leadership team to provide support to the organization and with other executive assistants on collaborative projects
  • Manage travel planning and expense report coordination and submission
  • Schedule and arrange for meeting space and catering for cross-functional and executive meetings as needed
  • Work with internal teams to coordinate planning for customer visits
  • Manage planning for company social events
