What you’ll be doing::
We’re looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to provide confidential, proactive, and professional support to our Sales Leadership Team. If you’re someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, handles sensitive information with absolute discretion, and keeps priorities aligned under pressure – you’ll fit right in.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing confidential and comprehensive support to the sales leadership team.
  • Managing complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Acting as the primary contact for internal and external communications
  • Proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts to keep things on track.
  • Organising and maintaining confidential records and team documentation.
  • Preparing meeting agendas, materials, and presentations as needed.
  • Attending meetings, taking accurate minutes, and ensuring follow-up on key action points.
  • Helping prioritise deadlines and deliverables to ensure the leadership team’s focus remains sharp.
  • Staying ahead of potential roadblocks and resolving them to keep work flowing smoothly.

  • Have proven experience supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Are confident in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
