JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Executive Assistant to help us stay organized, connected, and ahead of the curve. The ideal candidate is tech-forward, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. Multitasking abilities, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality is a must. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, as well as utilizing AI and social media to assist the firm marketing team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on executive support or personal assistant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
  • Strong proficiency in social media platforms, to include Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in all communications, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in project coordination is highly desirable.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 25 per week

Responsibilities
  • Provide executive administrative support, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace.
  • AI & Tech Integration: Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, draft documents, summarize communications, and support productivity.
  • Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines and assisting with follow ups to team members and consultants
  • Prepare documents through proofreading and transcription for meetings, post-meeting notes and reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing personal assistant responsibilities.
  • Social Media Support: Assist with content scheduling, posting, and engagement across platforms
  • Handle phone etiquette with professionalism
