Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized detail oriented Executive Assistant to provide support within our IT Management division. Looking for a proactive, resourceful candidate. Being able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in ensuring seamless day-to-day expenses and travel for Investment Bankers. Primary Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION Supporting up to 6 MDs in this group. Manage complex calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and coordinate internal/external appointments across multiple time zones. Process expense reports using Concur. Hours are 9 am- 5 pm Required Background/Skills: Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience, supporting executives Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism. Strong written and verbal skills. Highly organized, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
