REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with general administrative tasks and office procedures
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
  • Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Responsibilities
  • Assisting with onboarding new employees (paperwork, welcome materials)
  • Administration tasks such as scanning, printing
  • Taking minutes
  • Organising calendars and schedules
  • Setting and confirming appointments and meetings
  • Sending reminders and daily updates
  • Handling emails and phone calls (screening, prioritising, responding)
  • Drafting and sending correspondence
  • Preparing reports and documents
  • Booking travel and accommodations
  • Running errands and ordering supplies
  • Scheduling professional appointments
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external contacts
  • Managing projects or delegating tasks on behalf of the employer
