Support the Mission of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) Atlas Advisors, LLC (ATLAS) is seeking experienced Executive Assistants to provide executive level administrative support to senior leadership at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) in New York City. These roles directly support DFC leadership and operations and require professionals who can perform in a fast paced, high visibility federal environment. Multiple Executive Assistant positions are available in support of DFC. Assignments will be based on DFC operational needs and may support senior executive leadership within the NYC Office of Chief Executive (OCE) or other DFC departments designated by agency leadership. Responsibilities may include high level calendar management, executive correspondence, leadership support, stakeholder coordination, and other critical administrative functions that enable DFC leaders to effectively carry out the agency's mission. Both junior and senior level Executive Assistant positions are available. **Position contingent upon contract award** Key Responsibilities Organize and prioritize a high incoming flow of work for DFC senior leaders and their offices. Respond to and schedule requests for meetings, invitations, and participation in events. Greet and escort guests at DFC NYC and other DFC office locations. Maintain a control and follow up system for incoming workload and correspondence. Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents. Manage incoming and outgoing communications including email, phone calls, and mail. Assist with travel coordination and voucher processing as needed. Maintain records and databases, including tracking projects and deadlines. Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders on administrative projects and data calls. Process internal ethics clearances for speaker participation at events or widely attended gatherings. Qualifications Required U.S. Citizen. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Minimum of 3 years experience providing executive or administrative support in one or more of the following environments: Federal government State or local government Corporate executive offices Nonprofit or comparable professional settings Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast paced environment. Desired Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. Active Public Trust or higher security clearance preferred. Experience supporting senior leadership or executive level offices. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or English and Portuguese.
