K1 is seeking an Executive Assistant to support 1-3 Executives of the firm located in Manhattan Beach, CA. A successful candidate would be self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple & diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding and fast-moving position that requires someone who is able to exercise good judgment and significant initiative that aligns with the best interests of the organization. Essential Job Functions: Provide direct professional and personal administrative support to 1-3 Executives Schedule and coordinate the preparation of meetings, appointments, conference calls, video conferences, and events for 1-3 Executives Arrange domestic and international travel and accommodations with precision and efficiency Execute personal assistant tasks as needed, such as running errands and scheduling personal appointments and travel Prepare and reconcile expenses on a weekly basis Implement and maintain office policies and procedures Coordinate and assist in planning special events throughout the year Collaborate effectively as a team player on various office or operation related projects for the organization Perform routine administrative duties, as needed Greet clients and visitors and assist in ensuring that their time with K1 is a success Maintain effective and accurate organization of tasks and responsibilities Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Bachelors or Associates Degree acceptable First generation college students are encouraged to apply Must have experience with booking international travel Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to see the big picture High levels of flexibility, urgency, and discretion with confidential information Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work comfortably with people at all levels of the organization Positive attitude and team player, especially when faced with changing responsibilities A belief that no contribution to the team is too big or too small Understand how to prioritize and respond accordingly Manage calendars and with the ability to anticipate calendar conflicts and manage last-minute changes Naturally curious and willing/excited to learn the PE/SaaS Industry Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies Perks: Unlimited PTO, plus holidays 401(k) plans & profit sharing 100% covered medical & dental premiums EV Stipend Lunch provided daily in office Company & team outings Volunteer opportunities & donation matching About K1: K1 is one of the largest investors in small-cap enterprise software companies, with over $20 billion AUM.
