Job Description We are looking for a highly capable, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to two senior executives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This is not a traditional admin role — it is a trusted partner position. You will act as a strategic right hand, gatekeeper, coordinator, and problem-solver, enabling senior leadership to focus on key business priorities. The role requires independent judgement, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to anticipate executive needs while operating in a dynamic environment, enabling effective leadership, streamlining communication and ensuring seamless coordination across sales and strategy functions. The ideal candidate is confident, organised, detail-oriented, and thrives in managing complexity. You are someone who anticipates needs before they arise, handles sensitive matters with absolute professionalism, and brings calm structure to demanding schedules. What You’ll Be Responsible For You will take ownership of: Complex diary and calendar management Executive travel logistics and coordination Prepare meeting packs, presentations, minutes, action logs, sales materials, strategy documents and reports Executive and governance meeting support (including minute-taking) Event coordination and stakeholder engagements Financial administration (credit cards, POs, reconciliations) Executive reporting and project coordination Personal support to executives where required You will also support high-level projects, research initiatives, and internal communications, ensuring seamless execution across multiple priorities. Occasional extended hours may be required to support executive schedules, sales cycles, or strategic deadlines Qualifications Experience & Skills Required 3–8 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant Experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership Exposure to board-level governance processes Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Experience in a Google environment, advantageous Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry (advantageous) Own vehicle and valid driver’s license This role is ideal for an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys taking ownership, adding value, and playing a key role in enabling leadership success.
