This is a great opportunity for an experienced EA or PA to join an established and local business at an exciting time of growth.
This is a brand new role to the business, you will have the opportunity to help define the position and really make it your own.
As Executive Assistant you will report into the CEO whilst also supporting an established board of directors and senior leadership team. You will act as first point of contact for various enquiries from both internal and external stakeholders, overseeing confidential and strategic administration, diary and travel management, as well as supporting with various other tasks.

This will be a hands on role within a professional and modern manufacturing environment. You will work incredibly closely with all areas of the business and will become a “go to” member of the team very quickly.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE – EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT:

  • Day to day support for the CEO and Executive Team.
  • Coordinating meetings, schedules and documents.
  • Oversee national and international travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and support the administration on top level strategic projects .
  • Organise and arrange internal and external meetings.
  • Prepare board level communication; reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Facilitate internal communication and information flow across the business.
  • Manage visitors on site.
  • Support and lead on ad hoc administration projects, accumulating information/data from internal and external sources.

This role would be really well suited to a proactive and engaged EA who’s excited at the prospect of taking on a new challenge. You will help define the role and will support in setting up initial processes.

  • Organised, exceptional time management, able to work to deadlines.
  • Able to communicate effectively across the whole business, building strong relations with senior leadership and colleagues.
  • At least 2 years’ experience supporting an Executive/Board Level team in a fast paced environment. Previous experience of working in a manufacturing/SME environment would be advantageous.
  • Previous experience of working in a position of trust and confidence
