JOB DESCRIPTION

Kurum Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant to support our management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, organizing meetings and travel arrangements, preparing reports and correspondence, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
One of the key requirements for this position is fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken), as the role involves communication in a multicultural and international business environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • High level of responsibility, discretion, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior management.
  • Manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Plan and coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transfers, visas).
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of executives when required.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports for meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and external partners.
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and documentation with accuracy.
  • Ensure smooth workflow and assist with internal coordination across departments.
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
