SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • A deep understanding of LADbible Group and enthusiasm for its future and trajectory.
  • Comfortability to work in accordance with the Executive team’s diary and being in the office five days a week, or as needed.
  • Flexibility to travel and work outside of core hours when required, sometimes at short notice.
  • The ability to adapt quickly to changes in priorities and communicate adjustments effectively.
  • Strong event planning and coordination experience, ideally in high-profile or client-facing settings.
  • The ability to maintain strong relationships and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple requests efficiently.
  • A high level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skills.

We are seeking an exceptionally driven and committed Executive Assistant to provide outstanding support to our Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Business Officer. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination across these key executives, enabling them to focus on driving the organisation’s strategic goals. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where plans can change in an instant, with flexibility and proactiveness being key.
