Description

Summary: To assist the President in all professional and organizational goals by performing the following duties.
Salary Range: The salary range for this position is expected to be between $85,000 and $105,000, based on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, and skill set.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assure that confidentiality is maintained regarding all information obtained through the company and President.
  • Highly proficient written and oral executive communications skills
  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules.
  • Meeting planning
  • Highly Organized
  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
  • Typing and modification of executive correspondence, executive memorandums, store visitation reports, executive meeting minutes, and advertising cooperative meeting minutes
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Franchise lead tracking, sales letters, brochure mailings, prospects’ travel arrangements, and compliance file maintenance
  • Preparation of sales and statistical records as directed
  • Review corporate budgets and storelevel profitandloss statements and comparing to determine variances
  • Assisting in office management as directed
  • Assisting in human resources as directed
  • Occasional vendor communications
  • Clerical and administrative duties including but not limited to answering phones, general filing, typing, screening phone calls, message distribution, travel arrangements, mail and overnight freight duties, and fac distribution as needed
  • Manage and delegate tasks to administrative assistants and receptions.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

To perform this job, an individual must possess a valid driver’s license and satisfy company auto insurance underwriting standards. In addition, an individual must complete a post-offer, pre-employment background check.

The requirements below represent the knowledge, skill, ability, behavior, and character required for this position. EDUCATION:

Must possess a bachelor’s degree.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of five years as an executive assistant or in the executive department. Prior experience managing other administrators and receptions. Previous experience in office management or similar roles is required.
