Job Details Job Location: Sunrise, FL 33325 Salary Range: $22.00 - $25.00 Hourly Job Shift: Day Executive Assistant – Landscaping Company (QuickBooks Experienced) A growing landscaping company is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support daily operations and help streamline administrative, financial, and customer-facing tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys organization, and has strong experience with QuickBooks. Key Responsibilities Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, emails, and phone support Maintain accurate records of invoices, estimates, payments, and vendor bills in QuickBooks Assist with payroll processing and financial reporting Support project tracking, job costing, and internal documentation Prepare proposals, contracts, and customer communications as needed Coordinate appointments, site visits, and crew schedules Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Provide general support to ownership and management to improve workflow and efficiency Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar administrative role Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Comfort working in a service-based or trades environment (landscaping, construction, property services, etc. preferred but not required) Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Personal Attributes Professional, reliable, and self-motivated Strong attention to detail Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality Team-oriented with a positive attitude Schedule & Compensation Full-time Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for growth within the company How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief note describing your relevant experience with QuickBooks to hr@nextgenfla.com
