Job Description The Executive Assistant role focuses on supporting internal operations and executive leadership. The person in this position will contribute to smooth communication, document management, and administrative organization in a dynamic and growing environment. This role is based on collaboration with members of the executive team, project managers, and internal partners. What you will accomplish with us Manage calendars, organize meetings, and prepare necessary documents Ensure follow-up on client files and administrative documents Participate in updating databases and managing documentation (SharePoint) Support logistics for travel and internal events Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications Collaborate on invoicing and payment tracking with the finance department Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes Qualifications Education and Experience College or university diploma in administration or office management 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in administrative support or coordination Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint) Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and thoroughness Team spirit, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities Fluent in French, both oral and writing Additional Information Why join our team?
