Lincoln International is seeking an Executive Assistant who will also serve as the Corporate Receptionist at the front desk to join our San Francisco office. This individual will be the first point of contact for guests and play a critical role in maintaining a professional, welcoming, and efficient office environment. In addition to front desk responsibilities, this person will support a team of investment bankers and partner with the Office Manager on various administrative tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will be proactive, polished, and comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally. We are looking for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment, brings strong attention to detail, and takes ownership of responsibilities from start to finish. Regular working hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Willingness and ability to work overtime is necessary.
