Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive and high-level support to our CEO and the wider Executive Committee (ExCo), acting as a central point of contact and a key enabler of their success. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of executive functions through expert diary management, travel coordination, and proactive administrative support. This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global sports and media environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing their inbox, diary, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and manage the Executive Committee (ExCo) and other leadership meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action points.
  • Act as the central point of contact for the ExCo, managing communications and liaising with stakeholders across the business.
  • Support in the preparation of high-level documents, including board papers and investor decks.
  • Lead the coordination of major internal communication events such as our fortnightly and quarterly reviews, from initial planning to unifying presentations.
  • Manage key internal communications channels, including the Internal Communications inbox.
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) by managing the process for their monthly packs.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for special projects and other departments as required.
