THE ROLE
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive and high-level support to our CEO and the wider Executive Committee (ExCo), acting as a central point of contact and a key enabler of their success. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of executive functions through expert diary management, travel coordination, and proactive administrative support. This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global sports and media environment.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the very heart of the business, with direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making. You will be challenged to manage complex schedules, coordinate high-level meetings, and drive the efficiency of our executive operations.
