SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide professional administrative and office management support to the Rotary and Mission Systems Business Development Director and senior RMS leaders. This is a fast-paced role where your ability to manage competing priorities, maintain discretion, and communicate confidently will be key to your success.

You will be responsible for:

  • Complex diary and inbox management, ensuring leaders’ time and priorities are effectively coordinated
  • Scheduling meetings with clear context and purpose, and taking accurate meeting minutes/action points
  • Coordinating workflow, tracking tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Organising national and international travel, including expense reconciliation
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders, government, defence, and industry partners in a professional manner
  • Coordinating and participating in customer and VIP visits
