We’re looking for a highly capable, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Co-Founder & CEO. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a visionary leader at the intersection of brand, product, and culture. Core Responsibilities: The Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic partner — ensuring his time, focus, and energy are directed toward the highest-impact work. This role goes beyond calendar management; it requires anticipation, discretion, operational thinking, and strong communication skills. You will play a critical role in helping protect creative focus while ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly behind the scenes. This role requires someone who is: Highly organized but flexible Calm under pressure Strong in communication Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment Able to balance structure with creativity Strategic Calendar & Time Management Own and manage the CEOs calendar with precision and foresight Prioritize meetings based on business impact Build buffers and protect deep creative work time Anticipate conflicts and proactively resolve scheduling challenges Communication & Gatekeeping Act as a first point of contact for internal and external requests Draft and manage email correspondence as needed Ensure follow-ups and action items are tracked and completed Help streamline communication across leadership Project & Operational Support Track key initiatives and deadlines across the company Prepare meeting agendas and briefing materials Capture notes and ensure alignment on next steps Support cross-functional coordination when needed Travel & Logistics Coordinate complex travel arrangements and itineraries Manage expenses and reporting Ensure seamless preparation for events, shoots, or off-sites Culture & Brand Stewardship Support internal culture initiatives as needed Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times Represent Lola’s brand standards in all interactions Qualifications 3–6+ years supporting senior executives, founders, or operational leaders Experience in a high-growth brand, startup, or creative environment preferred Proven ability to manage competing priorities independently Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication High level of discretion and emotional intelligence Ability to anticipate needs before they are expressed Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities Tech-savvy (Google Suite, Slack, etc.) Compensation and Perks: 21 days paid vacation + federal holidays (except parts of Thanksgiving 🙂) Full health benefits 55% off Lola Blankets for friends and family Opportunities for career growth and leadership roles within Lola Blankets
