What You'll Be Doing • Managing a complex and fast-moving schedule for the CTO and founder• Coordinating board, investor and leadership meetings, ensuring priorities and actions stay on track• Handling travel, communications and day-to-day operational support with minimal supervision• Acting as a trusted gatekeeper across internal teams, customers, partners and investors

What You'll Need to Bring • Experience supporting a founder, CTO, CEO or senior executive within a fast-paced environment• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence• Strong judgement, discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally• A proactive approach with a track record of anticipating problems and finding solutions quickly
