KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally supporting senior management in a corporate environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with strong document preparation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
  • Business fluency in English.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Join our dynamic sales team as an Executive Assistant, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our three Sales Directors with essential administrative and organizational tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with experienced leadership, enabling you to make a significant impact on our sales operations while enhancing your professional skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Diary Management: Efficiently manage and prioritize the Sales Directors’ calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Travel Coordination and Expense Management: Collaborate with the travel management team to coordinate travel arrangements for the Sales Directors and manage travel expense reports, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.
  • Documentation Preparation: Prepare and edit various documents, reports, and presentations to support the Sales Directors in their decision-making processes and communication with clients.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including handling correspondence, managing filing systems, and maintaining organized records.
  • Coordination of Meetings: Organize and coordinate meetings, both virtual and in-person, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Liaise with other departments and teams to ensure seamless information flow and support for the Sales Directors’ initiatives.
