Your mission As an Executive Assistant (m/f/d) at NVision, you will be an integral part of our Business Services Team, contributing to the overall success of our organization by ensuring efficient operations and seamless support for our senior leadership and, on occasion, the Business Services team. Your tasks: Calendar management: own and manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings across multiple time zones. Proactively prioritize meetings and resolve scheduling conflicts. Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries. Ensure travel plans are efficient, cost-conscious, and aligned with business priorities, while handling last-minute changes. Handle expenses and reimbursements, ensuring accurate and timely submission. Provide administrative and executive support to senior leadership. Organize and coordinate team meetings, external visits, and workshops. Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects and initiatives. Provide administrative support to the Business Services team as needed. Your profile Education in a relevant field. Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant. Proficiency in using MS Office, or Google Workspace. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both German and English languages. Great attention to detail and accuracy, as well as special attention to meeting deadlines. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. Proactive mindset to work independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Why us?
