THE MISSION

As an highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant you will provide comprehensive support to the C-Level team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities, handling a broad range of tasks with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency.

RELEVANT SKILLS

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, as Founder Associate, in consulting, or in a similar role

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
  • Proficient in office software suite (MS Office or Google Workspace)
  • High level of discretion, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot) and expense reporting systems (e.g. Pleo) is a plus
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Provide support to the C-Level team in their daily operations
  • Manage complex travel arrangements and coordinate events. Schedule, prepare, and follow up on meetings
  • Compile and prepare relevant materials and documents for meetings and presentations
  • Handle travel expense reports and manage daily time schedule
  • Coordinate appointments and facilitate communication with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle all correspondence in German and English
  • In addition to the traditional assistant tasks, you will be entrusted with exciting projects that you will be able to bring in and drive forward independently, such as the organization of investors events or support with confidential issues.
