YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed studies or apprenticeship in business administration, economics or comparable qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a high-tech, fast-paced, or startup environment
  • Multilingual capabilities or international experience is an advantage
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated resilience under pressure and the ability to remain composed and effective amidst ambiguity and change
  • High degree of discretion and experience handling sensitive or confidential information
  • Strong proficiency in MS Teams, Microsoft Office, Jira/Confluence, experience in Hubspot would be an advantage
  • Ability to adapt and shifting priorities in real-time

  • Excellent command of English and German

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking an exceptionally organized and resilient Executive Assistant (m/f/d) to the CEO to serve as a key partner in enabling the effectiveness of our CEO. This role requires an individual with impeccable attention to detail, discretion, and a proactive mindset. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of executive and administrative tasks while maintaining a pulse on the dynamic and confidential needs of a high-growth startup.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel logistics
  • Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare executive briefings, reports, and presentations
  • Manage and prioritize incoming communications and ensure timely follow-up on action items
  • Assist with investor relations, board communications, and confidential strategic initiatives
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively identify solutions to administrative challenges
  • Support key projects and help coordinate across departments to ensure alignment with CEO priorities
