As an Executive Assistant (m|w|d), you’ll work closely with our executive team and support the Management Directors in their day-to-day operations. You’ll manage calendars, coordinate internal and external meetings, and ensure that everything runs smoothly — from logistics to communication. This is a role for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, enjoys variety, and takes pride in enabling others to do their best work.

SKILLS &REQUIREMENTS

  • You have completed commercial training and already gained experience in a similar assistant role.
  • You work in a structured, independent manner and maintain a high standard of quality – even when managing multiple tasks at once.
  • You present yourself professionally and communicate confidently with colleagues at all levels, as well as with external guests.
  • Absolute discretion and a strong service orientation define your working style.
  • You are proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills.

Responsibilities
  • You manage the calendars of our Executive Management team, keep an overview of appointments, and coordinate internal and external requests reliably.
  • You handle operational day-to-day tasks such as business travel planning, welcoming external guests, and coordinating document signature processes.
  • You plan and support business-related events, offsites, and meetings – from scheduling to on-site or virtual execution.
  • You assist our Chief of Staff with recurring tasks such as preparing and maintaining presentations and reports.
  • You serve as the first point of contact for organisational matters related to the management team – proactive, solution-oriented, and approachable.
