Description
At Kapish, we are a dynamic organisation delivering technology solutions and strategies in Information Management & Governance and Enterprise Architecture. Since our inception in 2007, we have consistently stood at the forefront of the industry, offering innovative solutions that cater to the evolving information management and enterprise architecture needs of our valued clients. About the Role: Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role is all about creating space for strategic thinking. You’ll take ownership of the MD’s time, priorities, and workflow so he can focus on strategy, leadership, and growing the business. The role will also support the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This is more than a traditional EA role - it’s an opportunity to step in, take initiative, and shape how the leader operates. You’ll be trusted to anticipate needs, streamline processes, and keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes. If you’re someone who thrives on being at the centre of decision-making, enjoys working at pace, and takes pride in creating clarity out of complexity - this role is for you. Key responsibilities: • Own and optimise MD’s calendar – ensuring MD’s time is aligned to the highest-value priorities • Manage MD’s inbox end-to-end – triaging, drafting, and responding on behalf of the MD where appropriate • Act as a filter and amplifier – ensuring MD focusses only on what truly matters • Drive follow-ups and execution – keeping momentum across key initiatives • Manage stakeholders – internally and externally, with confidence and professionalism • Create structure and clarity – across meetings, decisions, and communications • Preparing high-quality presentations, reports, and documents • Assisting with broader business and office support as required This role is about judgment, ownership, and impact - not just coordination. What Success Looks Like Within the first few months: • MD’s time is structured, protected, and aligned to strategic priorities • Stakeholders experience clear, timely, and professional communication • Things move forward without the MD needing to chase or follow up We’re Looking For Someone Who: • Thinks ahead – you anticipate needs before they arise • Takes ownership – you don’t wait to be told what to do • Exercises strong judgment – you make decisions confidently and appropriately • Communicates exceptionally well – clear, concise, and professional • Is highly organised, but also commercially aware • Is comfortable challenging and pushing back when needed • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-trust environment You'll Bring: • 3+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant (or similar) • Strong customer service mindset — you represent the leader at all times • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise competing demands • Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work to a high standard • Confidence working autonomously, with strong accountability • Emotional intelligence and adaptability in a dynamic environment • Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information What’s in it for you: · Flexible work options to support work-life balance · Learning and development programs to grow your career · A supportive, inclusive team culture · Opportunities to work across departments and expand your skills · A purpose-driven company where your work truly matters Ready to make an impact? If you’re an Executive Assistant who thrives on ownership, autonomy, and making a real difference, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now and join Kapish!
