JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Executive Assistant to provide dedicated administrative and executive support to senior management at our Mussafah office in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to manage a wide range of administrative tasks efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Age 45 years or above.
  • Male candidates only.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be able to join immediately.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist with meeting coordination, including agenda preparation and minute taking.
  • Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by management.
