Job Description Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for luxury hospitality? Elysium Noosa Resort is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant Manager to play a key role in delivering operational excellence, exceptional guest experiences, and strong team performance. Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across all departments, ensuring alignment with brand standards, business objectives, and guest expectations. In this senior leadership role, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager, ownership group, suppliers, and contractors to drive performance, profitability, and brand integrity. Key Responsibilities Provide strong leadership fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and personalised service Analyse market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge Drive continuous improvement initiatives and structured staff training programs Analyse financial and service performance, managing budgets, labour costs, and expenses to optimise profitability Actively manage guest feedback, resolving complex matters with professionalism and care Develop meaningful guest engagement strategies, using insights and feedback to maintain high guest satisfaction scores Support property-wide operations and step in as Acting General Manager when required Foster a culture of empowerment, accountability, and professional development aligned with Accor’s Heartist culture Represent Elysium Noosa, MGallery and Accor with professionalism, positively influencing the hotel’s reputation and actively promoting its services and brand initiatives Qualifications We would love to hear from you if you have: Minimum 4–5 years’ senior leadership experience in premium hospitality or airline industries Proven ability to drive operational excellence and implement effective business strategies Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with a hands-on, collaborative approach Excellent commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences High personal integrity and flexibility to work a 7-day roster as required Additional Information As part of Accor, one of the world’s leading hospitality groups, we offer global career pathways, exclusive Ambassador benefits, and access to industry-renowned training through the Accor Hotels Academy.
