This role oversees all operational departments including Food & Beverage, Kitchen and Rooms Division, ensuring seamless coordination, elevated service standards, and exceptional guest experiences throughout the hotel. While this is a whole of hotel leadership role, a strong background in luxury Food & Beverage is essential. Our culinary and dining experiences are central to our identity, and this role plays a key part in shaping and refining that offering within a broader operational framework. Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide visible, confident leadership and ensure that every department consistently reflects the sophistication and refinement expected of a luxury MGallery property. What you will be doing... Provide strategic and hands on leadership across all operational departments including Food & Beverage, Kitchen and Rooms Division Partner closely with Food & Beverage and Culinary leaders to maintain exceptional dining standards and guest satisfaction Ensure seamless alignment between Restaurant, Bar, Events, Kitchen, Front Office, Concierge and Housekeeping teams Elevate the luxury guest journey across all touchpoints, delivering personalised and anticipatory service Maintain a strong presence in public areas, welcoming VIP guests and leading service recovery with professionalism and care Drive operational excellence through regular reviews, quality control, and attention to detail Lead, mentor, and develop departmental heads to build capability and consistency Support financial performance through sound oversight of productivity, labour management, and operational efficiency Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Finance to ensure operational strategy aligns with the hotel’s positioning and objectives Qualifications Proven senior leadership experience within a luxury hotel environment A strong and credible background in high-end Food and Beverage operations Demonstrated experience overseeing multi department hotel operations including Food & Beverage and Rooms A deep understanding of luxury service standards and guest expectations A calm, visible, and confident leadership presence Strong operational capability supported by sound commercial awareness Experience engaging with ownership, brand, and corporate stakeholders Flexibility to align your schedule with business needs, ensuring visible leadership during peak periods Additional Information What’s in it for you...
