Job Description The Executive Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational performance of all Food & Beverage operations within the hotel and beach club. This role acts as the Head of Food & Beverage, driving revenue, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards in a high-energy, lifestyle-driven beachfront environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and beach club operations Drive revenue growth and manage costs to achieve profitability targets Ensure outstanding guest experience and service standards Lead and develop the F&B team to deliver high performance Manage daily operations, events, and entertainment programs Monitor market trends and continuously enhance F&B offerings Qualifications Minimum 5-8 years of F&B experience within a leadership role Strong operational, financial, and leadership skills Experience in lifestyle, high-volume, or beach club environments preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Passion for hospitality and guest experience Company Location: Avani Chaweng Samui Hotel & Beach Club
