Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) with a strong Food & Beverage specialization to join our leadership team at our luxury all-inclusive resort in Vietnam. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the EAM – F&B will be responsible for driving operational excellence across all F&B outlets, ensuring premium guest experiences, and maintaining the highest international service standards. This role is pivotal in shaping the resort’s culinary identity, managing diverse teams, and supporting the GM in overall property operations. Work closely with the GM to implement strategic initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction, revenue generation, and operational efficiency. Lead and inspire the resort team F&B team, fostering a culture of innovation and exceptional service Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance F&B offerings and guest satisfaction Oversee menu planning, pricing strategies, and food presentation standards Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise revenue across all F&B outlets Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest quality standards Collaborate with other departments to create seamless guest experiences Analyse market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge Drive continuous improvement initiatives and staff training programmes Handle guest feedback and resolve complex issues promptly and professionally Participate in marketing and promotional activities to boost F&B revenue Develop strong guest engagement strategies, actively seeking feedback and taking corrective actions to maintain top guest satisfaction scores. Assist the GM with property-wide operational oversight, stepping in as Acting General Manager when required. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and suppliers to enhance the resort’s F&B offerings. Play a key role in sustainability efforts, ensuring eco-friendly practices are integrated into the F&B operations. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, Resort or high volume Hotel, and F&B management Proven track record of successful leadership in F&B operations in 5-star hotels, resorts, or all-inclusive environments Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor staff High level of cultural awareness and ability to thrive in an international, multicultural environment Proficiency in F&B management software and point-of-sale systems In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, menu engineering, and revenue management Understanding of local and international cuisine, with a passion for culinary excellence Knowledge of current global dining trends and ability to adapt to evolving guest preferences Familiarity with Vietnamese food regulations and standards Food Safety Certification Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages is advantageous Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make decisive decisions under pressure Passion for guest service, innovation, and delivering world-class experiences Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with irregular hours, including evenings and weekends Additional Information The opportunity to join an international and innovative and fast-growing group, committed not only to building new hotels, but to creating a global brand.
