We’re seeking a highly organized, adaptable Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) as well as the executive team to help keep our fast-paced operations running smoothly—on land and on water. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the team. This role requires flexibility, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a non-traditional schedule that includes some evenings and weekends aligned with vessel operations and special events. Key Responsibilities Reports to the COO and supports the executive team Manage the COO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, operational check-ins, and events Serve as a key point of contact between the COO and internal teams, vendors, and partners Assist with operational coordination across dinner cruises, water taxi services, and specialty vessels Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting agendas Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure operational priorities are met Support event logistics and attend select evening or weekend functions as needed Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Provide general administrative support as business needs evolve Requirements Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, customer-focused environment Flexibility to work nights and weekends when required Strong proficiency with email, calendars, and standard office software Experience in hospitality, food and beverage, tourism, transportation, or maritime industries is a plus Calm under pressure and comfortable juggling multiple priorities What We Offer A unique and engaging work environment—no two days are the same Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership Competitive compensation based on experience A collaborative, hands-on team culture Benefits: Health and supplemental insurances are available for all full-time crew members after 30 days. 401k program with company match automatically enrolled after 3 months.
