Wellington based | Full-time | Permanent Support senior leaders shaping outcomes for Māori health and equity Work at the centre of a busy business group with national impact Midpoint of $71,158 dependent on experience Ko tōu ake mahi - What you’ll do Our Executive Assistants provide high‑quality, proactive support to senior leaders, enabling the effective delivery of the Ministry’s work programme. Working closely with the Group Manager, and managers in the Māori-Crown Relations group and wider Māori Health Group, the role manages communications, scheduling, and documentation, and acts as a key coordination point across teams and stakeholders. As the Executive Assistant you will build strong relationships, contribute to continuous improvement, and ensure all work supports the Ministry’s objectives, equity priorities, and Te Tiriti o Waitangi obligations.
