Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this high-impact role, you’ll provide dedicated support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Strategic Advisor – Partnerships and Growth, while working closely with the Board, Chief Officers, Senior Leadership Team, and key external stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver proactive and responsive executive-level support to the CEO, adapting to changing priorities and needs.
  • Assist the Strategic Advisor – Partnerships and Growth with daily management tasks, including diary coordination, appointment scheduling, travel and accommodation bookings, and information management.
  • Support the preparation of submissions and reports for the CEO under the guidance of the Strategic Advisor.
  • Prepare meeting materials for regular Board, Executive, and Management meetings.
  • Organise and attend Senior Leadership and Management meetings, including minute-taking.
  • Coordinate meetings with key external stakeholders.
  • Assist the Strategic Advisor in managing relationships with critical external stakeholders and partners.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with sound judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines, juggle multiple priorities, and thrive in a collaborative team setting
  • Strong administrative and digital skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and the Google Suite
  • Be a motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a positive, can-do attitud
