JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant with a strong marketing focus to support the Co-Founder of JWB Real Estate Companies. This role is pivotal in driving the company’s growth by developing and managing affiliate relationships, creating compelling marketing materials, and assisting in a wide range of tasks and projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle complex projects with minimal supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience in an executive support role with a focus on marketing.
· Strong understanding of marketing principles and experience creating marketing collateral pieces and presentations.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Power Point, and familiarity with marketing software and CRM systems.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively with limited oversight.
· High level of discretion and professionalism.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

· Affiliate Relationship Management:
· Identify, interview, and onboard new affiliates to market and sell JWB’s turnkey rental property investments.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to ensure alignment with company goals and brand standards.
· Marketing Collateral Creation:
· Develop and prepare marketing materials, including presentations and content for JWB’s ’Not Your Average Investor Show.’
· Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms.
· Conduct research to support content development and stay updated on industry trends.
· Executive Support:
· Manage the Co-Founder’s email, calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate webinars with Affiliate Partners.
· Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
· Assist in organizing and prioritizing tasks and projects to achieve company objectives.
· Build and maintain strong relationships within the JWB team.
