​​Looking for Philippines-based candidates Job Role: Executive Assistant Marketing VA (Influencer/Affiliate focus) Compensation range: $1000 AUD - $2000 AUD / Monthly (depending on experience and output) Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, in how you hit your targets, but your day is open until your daily goals are reached. On days you hit them faster, you may finish earlier; on days it takes longer, you’re expected to stay until they’re done Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home. Who The Client Is: An online fitness coaching company, Slyma. We help women lose the last 3-10 kg and feel confident in their clothes without hours in the gym or heavy restriction. Our main growth lever right now is affiliates and influencers, so this role will be focused on the very top of that pipeline. Role Overview: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant / Marketing VA to support our influencer and affiliate outreach efforts for a growing women’s fitness & aesthetics brand. The primary platform is INSTAGRAM. If you enjoy online research, discovering creators, and organizing data—this could be a great fit for you. Key Responsibilities: Research potential affiliate and influencer partners, primarily on Instagram, starting from Kiara’s audience and brand ecosystem (her followers, engagers, tags, and aligned brands). Other platforms (TikTok, YouTube) may be added later Identify creators based on provided targeting criteria (niche, audience, content style, etc.) Compile and organize prospects into a structured Google Sheet, including: Name, Handle and platform, Profile link, Approximate follower count, Niche/content style, Why they are a strong fit for the brand, Contact details (email or DM link, if available) Consistently meet daily or weekly targets for qualified prospects Provide a summary report (daily or weekly), including: Total number of new prospects added, Highlights or notable high-quality profiles (if applicable) “Follow our detailed Affiliate Sourcing SOP to ensure every creator is: Connected to Kiara’s world, Aligned with our brand, and Logged and scored correctly before any outreach. Success metrics 100 new creators profile scanned 40 new profiles logged into our sheet follow our sop 15 creator profiles scored 8+/10 and claude-checked as qualified for out reach Performance will be evaluated on consistently hitting these outputs, not time “online” Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience as an Executive Assistant Marketing VA (influencer/affiliate focus) for at least 3 years Strong online research skills and attention to detail Comfortable using Google Docs and Sheets Reliable and consistent communicator Able to follow clear criteria and iterate based on feedback Comfortable working with a women’s fitness/aesthetics brand Can share a sample of a list or research document they’ve created Work Arrangement & Expectations: This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
