Overview
The Market Development Europe team is looking for an Executive Assistant on a permanent basis based in either Paris or Waterloo, Belgium. The ideal candidate must be able to self-direct and work effectively with others at all levels of an organization – team members, senior leaders, and executive management. As the incumbent will be involved in high-level contact and may be exposed to sensitive information, they must demonstrate confidentiality, good business judgment and diplomacy. The ability to function as a team member in a time-compressed, highly dynamic and ambiguous environment to ensure deliverables are achieved is essential.
