WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will be part of our administrative support services team based in Cairo or Abu Dhabi. You will provide executive-level administrative support to senior partners or partners that are to be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree
  • Prior administrative experience in a corporate or professional environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Highly professional; strong customer service mindset and style
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment (including prioritization skills, flexibility toward change, sense of urgency, and dealing with ambiguity)

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining day-to-day calendar and travel management, including proactive conflict resolution. You will partner with supported colleagues to leverage time effectively and serve as a liaison/representative to establish effective collaboration with clients, assistants, relevant internal peer groups, and external vendors, as appropriate to leverage and deliver on daily tasks.
Additionally, you will extend responsibility for planning, organizing, and executing major projects (e.g., calls and meetings entailing coordination of schedules) and produce well-organized, accurate deliverables with minimal guidance.
You will also execute tasks related to accounting and expense administration, work collaboratively with other assistants and Team Leader/Manager to provide effective backup coverage, adopt the use of current tools and leverage the use of new tech/solutions, maintain strong communications (verbal and written), and confidentiality of highly sensitive information. You will actively participate in team meetings and training sessions and contribute to a vibrant and collaborative community.
On top of core responsibilities, the role may also include tasks related to support for events and training, planning and execution of major projects, ad-hoc reporting, etc. In some locations, the role may support recruiting, accounting, and expense.
