ABOUT THE ROLE

Working with Veterans into Logistics is more than just a job it’s a chance to make a real difference in the lives of those who have served our country. Our mission is to help Veterans build new careers by supporting them through their HGV training and into meaningful employment. We are seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to provide both social media management and personal assistant support. This dual role requires creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will manage the company’s online presence while also supporting day-to-day administrative and organisational tasks for the leadership team.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT DUTIES

  • Manage diaries, appointments, and schedules for both the General Manager and Head of Patrons & Partners.
  • Handle correspondence (emails, calls, and messages) in a professional manner.
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries.
  • Support with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects.
