As we scale, we’re looking for mission-driven engineers to help us develop and maintain the internal systems that empower our Compliance, Asset Management, Asset Acquisitions, and Finance teams.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives. This role requires a forward-thinking individual with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including email and phone inquiries.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Assist with personal tasks and ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
