Description

PearMed is looking for a sharp, resourceful Executive Assistant to join our team in NYC. This is a high-level support role for someone who’s organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling a fast-moving schedule.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and travel for senior leaders
  • Help coordinate emails, calls, and follow-ups
  • Handle day-to-day office tasks and keep things running smoothly
  • Be available occasionally for urgent or last-minute needs (including Saturdays, when needed)
  • Support our app’s admin panel and help bridge communication between clients and providers

What we’re looking for:

  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and good at staying ahead of the game
  • You’re curious, willing to learn, and take ownership of your work
  • Comfortable with tools like Outlook and online scheduling platforms (or ready to learn)
  • Based in NYC or able to work full-time from our Midtown office

Nice to have (but not required):

  • Experience supporting executives or managing logistics in a fast-paced environment
